Very intense violet color. On the nose, it is very fruity, typical of the region, with notes of plums, raisins, figs, spices, and bitter chocolate that are accentuated when aged. On the palate, it is voluminous, with an intense structure, strong tannins (concentrated, powerful, and astringent), excellent finish, and very dry. Serve between 16°C and 18°C. Pair with red meats, pasta with preferably spicy sauces, regional dishes, barbecue, meats in general, chocolate desserts, and blue cheeses. Cellaring potential of 2 to 4 years.
