"Fuego Blanco began in 2012 with the acquisition of a vineyard in the highest and most exclusive area of the Pedernal Valley. The Pedernal Valley is located in the Province of San Juan, bordering Mendoza, nestled at the foothills of the Andes Mountains at an altitude ranging from 1,200 to 1,700 meters above sea level, with mild summers and very cool nights. Fuego Blanco represents the pursuit of achieving the best wines produced from these soils. Currently, the line consists of 2 reds, a co-fermentation of Cabernet Franc with Malbec and a blend of Syrah with Malbec, and two whites: a Sauvignon Blanc and a Chardonnay. "In the ashes, it is reborn, a mosaic of love countless times, from the lips, from the earth, from the mother, in the world of the unique soul, in the flesh of breath by the water of the womb and the lit moon."

This blend is fruity, floral, and has attractive herbal notes. Barely noticeable wood, with a hint of vanilla. Intense, juicy mouthfeel filled with flavor, with some marked tannins. Attractive, it is a very modern red in its conception.

Composition: 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Malbec.

Aging: 60% of the wine is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
