"Norberto Páez and Sebastián Bisole produce very limited batches (less than 5000 bottles per year) of Bonarda, Malbec, and varietal innovations. Each vintage, we craft our wines with emblematic grapes from Argentina of the highest quality, sourced from Valle de Uco, the main wine region in the central-southern part of Mendoza.

"Paso a Paso" refers to their type of production in which no automated industrial system intervenes, for this reason, the quality is manifested in each bottle in a unique and unrepeatable way, like a work of art. This is the classic Argentine blend, composed of Malbec and Bonarda varietals. It respects the methodology of minimal interventions in vineyard and winery, allowing you to enjoy maximum purity and freshness."

Composition: 50% Criolla Grande, 25% Rosé Muscat, 12% Torrontés Sanjuanino, 13% Pedro Gimenez.
