It is the only Argentine blend composed of these 3 varieties. The idea was to co-ferment them and combine the fruitiness and softness of Malbec, the volume and structure of Tannat, and the elegance and expressiveness of Cabernet Cafayateño. These are the 3 varieties that best express themselves in the Calchaquí Valley, and we wanted to pay homage to them with this blend. This is an eminently drinkable wine, with a smooth balance of acidity and alcohol integrated with subtle notes of oak, chocolate, and tannins.

Composition: 60% Malbec, 21% Tannat, and 19% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Aging: 70% of the wine in tank with 5% of French oak staves. 30% in used French oak barrels from 2011.
