" Zaha means 'Heart' in the indigenous Huarpe language in Mendoza. This wine represents the Heart of the privileged terroir that is located at high altitude in Mendoza. The Toko vineyard, which means 'Stone' in Huarpe, is located at high altitude and is distinguished by being in a temperate climate zone with a unique soil that is the 'Heart' of Zaha. The soils of the Toko vineyard have a stony profile with patches of limestone. These diverse soils present patches of sand, stone, and silt scattered throughout the vineyard. At harvest time, each soil imparts various profiles of aromas, flavors, and textures to the Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Floral and fresh herb notes in the sandy parts, delicate tannins in the stony parts, concentrated red berries in the silty parts. The combination of these profiles develops a particular complexity in the final blend of this wine".

Wine with a deep violet-red color with garnet reflections. Aromatically complex with floral and herbal tones above ripe red fruits. Its attack is flowing and fresh, thanks to tense acidity, it flows vibrant and juicy. Tasty with rounded tannins and a long finish. Fruity aftertaste.
