"After vinifying in various places around the world, I chose grapes from the fine vineyard of La Sofía located at km 40 of the iconic route 40. Combining techniques from the new and old world, a limited number of bottles were produced, all aged in French oak."

A wine with a lot of body and great power, enjoyed by letting it breathe for a while in the bottle and another in the glass to allow its aroma of fruits and herbs, so characteristic of this varietal, to emerge. The first nose is flat, but after swirling the glass well, the characteristic herbaceous notes of Cabernet Franc begin to appear, and on the palate, it clearly shows the typicity of the varietal.

Composition: 100% Cabernet Franc.

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
