Iconic cheese of French origin, with a pungent and characteristic flavor, partly due to its bloomy rind with some aging, which gives it power and complexity. This representative of “La Boheme” has quite a character, its paste is creamy, with much creaminess and intensity, and in balance with the marked strength of the rind. It also has a very prolonged finish.
