Iconic cheese of French origin, with a pungent and characteristic flavor, partly due to its bloomy rind with some maturation, which adds power and complexity. This representative of “La Boheme” has quite a character, its paste is creamy, with a lot of richness and intensity, balanced with the marked strength of the rind. It also has a very prolonged finish.

Aged for 45 days to achieve the desired level of maturation.
