Recently added to the Mozzari cheese family, its shape resembles a dome. It is semi-soft with a compact closed texture and pale yellow color. It has a weak lactic acid flavor with a good balance between acidity and saltiness, very mild spiciness, and the aromatic flavor of cracked pepper on its exterior along with a subtle smokiness on its surface, giving this cheese unique flavors. Its shape allows it to be cut into wedges for snacks or salads. It is vacuum packed and weighs approximately 230g.
