Karla Johan: Born in Misiones, at 18 she traveled to Vancouver, Canada, where she lived for a year to perfect her English. Upon returning to Argentina, she studied in Posadas, Misiones, for a degree in "Higher Technician in Hotel and Gastronomic Business Administration." In Buenos Aires, she pursued the international Sommelier degree at the Argentine School of Sommeliers. She completed the first level of the "Court Of Master Sommeliers" course, taught by Guild Of Sommeliers-USA. Specialized in the world of infusions, she conducted tastings, talks, and professional training mainly on Yerba Mate. She participates in various television and radio programs, teaching how to enjoy this national infusion.
