Each botanical is macerated separately for 24 to 48 hours, each with a particular hydroalcoholic solution. Once this time has passed, the blend of all the alcoholates is produced and then distilled in a stainless steel still.

On the other hand, the distillation of Fernet Cestari is produced. Once the distillation is obtained, the final blend is made between the first and second distillate.

The result is a gin with a profile between herbal and spicy with unique characteristics. The first gin based on fernet in the world.

Ingredients: Grain Alcohol, Juniper, Coriander, Fernet Cestari, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Licorice, Cinnamon, and Lemon Peel.
