In the vineyards, they do not use herbicides or systemic products, managing them agroecologically.

Beautiful salmon pink color. On the nose, it presents aromas of white fruits and citrus. On the palate, the wine is slightly sparkling and fruity. Its natural acidity adds freshness and elegance.

Composition: 50% Pinot Noir; 50% Malbec

Aging: No wood aging - Aged in concrete eggs. On its fine lees in bottle for 6 months.
