La Criolla Grande, a grape of high yields generally used for table wines, comes from an organic trellis in Tupungato from around 1950, it is destemmed and fermented in concrete eggs. With a profile similar to Criolla Chica, its genetic origin, fruity and earthy, but with less tannic load, friendly and juicy.

Super fresh and with an almost rosé wine color. An ideal red for summer lunch.

Composition: 100% Criolla Grande.

Aging: Fermented in concrete egg, no wood aging.
