Le Petit Voyage Criolla is made with grapes from Vista Flores, harvested during the first week of March. The wine was made through carbonic maceration with whole clusters, then the grapes were pressed and fermentation finished without skins, like a white wine. The addition of Pinot Gris lees during aging and batonnage gave it elegance and volume.

Composition: 100% Criolla Chica.

Aging: 12 months in first and second-use barrels.

Winery: Mundo Revés.

Origin: Tunuyán, Vista Flores, Mendoza.
