The honey is harvested in a nearly liquid state. Over time, good honey crystallizes (hardens), and that is when, based on selection, according to the grain, certain unique characteristics, and a cold whipping process, our creamy honey is born. It is a very friendly honey for spreading or cooking.

It is also a sustainable honey since its process uses 9 times less energy than liquid honey. With a creamy and fine texture, it has been awarded locally and internationally.
