The monofloral Eucalyptus honey comes from beekeeping farms located in the Mesopotamian region, along the coast of Argentina. It is a darker honey, with a stronger flavor and more body.

It is the region of the great rivers, the humid tropics, the red earth, and the virgin jungle covered with giant trees, with extraordinary flora and fauna.

More precisely, to the north in the Province of Entre Ríos, near the border with the Province of Corrientes, are the beekeeping farms from which this very characteristic Eucalyptus honey is extracted, the result of the joint work of beekeepers associated in cooperatives in the region.
