The soil profile in the Añelo vineyards is dominated by iron-rich red soil, planted with French clones of Pinot Noir. This vineyard contains patches with a redder soil than the rest, indicating a higher iron composition. The high iron content adds greater complexity to the wine, with notable minerality and earthiness.

Aging: 12 months in French oak, 5% in new.
