Inspired by cheese-making tradition, we created a variety with a unique and characteristic flavor that distinguishes and identifies us as cheesemakers in the area. It is a semi-hard Swiss-type cheese, with a smooth texture and 6 months of aging. Our flagship cheese, embodying the mystique of the humid pampas.
