"The wine took away my tranquility, plunged me into a passion I did not know, brought me back to a natural, wild state. Now I seek to express myself through it, to show what it generates in me to be among the vineyards, the grapes, the workers, the barrels, with my head and heart inside a bottle. I am a Desquiciado for wine."

Desquiciado Rose stands out for being a rosé different from all others. Fruity aromas, harmonious, round, good texture. With great freshness, dry on the palate.

Red blend: 45% Garnacha, 5% Merlot & 10% Petit Verdot.

Aging: To produce this wine, both reds were co-fermented together, macerating for no more than 4 hours. Subsequently, it was transferred to another tank where it underwent a very slow and prolonged fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the aromatic power of both varietals. Once this process was completed, we added the Pinot Gris to enhance the acidity.
