Pale, almost colorless; expressive aroma. Green apple and some flowers with a light, fresh flavor. Long and lemony finish.

Aging: Manual harvest, 100% destemmed grapes, and co-fermentation in concrete vessels. Native yeasts and bacteria from the vineyard.
