Intense red color with violet hues; with an expressive and complex aroma, featuring notes of red and black fruit and white pepper. Its taste is silky on the palate and has good structure, displaying marked fruity and spicy flavors. It is suggested to accompany pasta with red sauce and seasoned meats, red meats, turkey, pork.

Aging: 12 months in stainless steel tanks and concrete pools.
