Launched by Matías Jurisich, it is made with Malbec. For its production, red Malbec wine is used, making it for the first time. It is flavored with only eight botanical products, including juniper berries, cinnamon, and grapefruit peel.

The Pichincha vermouth won a prestigious competition in the United Kingdom called World Vermouth Awards 2023 in the semi-sweet category and was crowned the best in its category from a factory in Rosario.
