It is made with indigenous yeasts, and its particularity is that it is produced with skin like a red wine, aiming to extract tannins that will help in the subsequent aging. Its aging is 3 months in contact with the skin in a concrete egg. With a subtle bright amber yellow color, on the nose we find notes of herbs, nuts reminiscent of almond and baked goods.
